Judging will be based on Info submitted to Urban Teen Magazine and a Current Photo via this page.
Urban Teen Magazine's Model's selected must be able to participate in Urban Teen Magazine Fashion Editorial Section Photo Shoots and Urban Teen Magazine's Local Events and Fashion Shows as well as commit at least a year.
